With that setup, can the rototom be angled at all?
I'm wondering if something like a camera tripod would work better. You might have to drill and replace the screw that the camera normally mounts too, but you'll be able to angle it. |

That's a good idea but I'm not sure how a camera tripod would hold up to a constant beating. I'd rather cut the pipe and use it with a multi clamp to get the angle. However I don't need it angled as I'll use it on my left side like a floor tom.
