Thanks Ian, that's an interesting use of pedals. A lot of these super drummers use those multi pedal set ups for  ostinatos, but most come accross as stiff. This Collins guy makes it sound easy, which I know it's not. I have a hard time keeping up with four pedals.Confused

Fair enough Poly, it's just my humble opinion. I think Grant is more melodic and puts his monster kit to better use. Bozzio is more technical and probably has more speed, but speed isn't everything.

I agree Ian,  even though I'm a big Bozzio fan, Grant's use of the multi pedal set up is more musical than not just Bozzio, I would go so far as to include Thomas Lang and Marko Minnemann, who both also use the multi pedal set up.

Yeah, and I do love Bozzio too. He's incredible and that kit is awesome...I just prefer Grant Collins. Thomas Lang and Marco are also the mutts nuts.
